Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician

Salary: Upto 32 - 33.5k (van & fuel card)
Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, and they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a mobile retail contract around the Swindon area. The Salary is Upto 32 - 33.5k (van & fuel card) working Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plumbing repairs and installations
* Carpentry work
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* General maintenance and repairs as required
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
