SANZA Teaching Agency are excited to be supporting a prestigious, Ofsted Outstanding Roman Catholic Primary School in North West London as they launch an entirely new specialist SEND provision onsite - and they are seeking an aspiring, passionate Unqualified SEND Teacher to be part of this pioneering journey from Day One.
This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to help shape a brand-new, in-house SEND unit at a school known for its exceptional standards, inclusive values, and compassionate ethos. With strong senior leadership, excellent resourcing, and deep community links, the school is proud to be expanding its support for pupils with additional needs by opening a bespoke EYFS and KS1 SEND classroom in September 2025.

Whether you're a graduate, HLTA, TA or youth worker looking to take the next step in your career, this role will give you the experience and platform to develop into a qualified teacher, all while working alongside a truly supportive team.
The Role - What to Expect:
1. Work with a small group of children in EYFS and KS1 with communication needs, autism, and sensory processing differences
2. Deliver structured, play-based learning activities in line with the Early Years Framework and National Curriculum
3. Use visual supports, sensory play, music, movement and therapeutic approaches
4. Lead group sessions in literacy, numeracy, life skills, and creative expression
5. Collaborate closely with SENDCo, therapists, and specialist TAs
6. Track pupil progress and contribute to individual support plans
7. Receive weekly coaching, CPD and the potential to train as a teacher long-term

1. An unqualified teacher, HLTA or experienced SEND TA ready for more responsibility
2. A creative and passionate educator who believes in child-led, inclusive learning
3. Someone with experience working with children with SEND - especially autism or communication needs

5. An individual who is open to training, feedback and developing their teaching craft
