Located over three floors with indoor and outdoor spaces, extensive thermal experiences and beautifully appointed treatment, relaxation, wellness and grooming zones the Spa will re-set the bar for Wellness destinations in Dubai.
Responsible for all aspects of the Spa Operation, supporting the Spa & Wellness Director with driving key elements such as marketing and promotions, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training.
The ESPALife Spa & Wellness Manager will play a key role in the Spa’s vision of success and exceeding guest expectations. The daily operation will fall to this motivated and capable team player. Key responsibilities will include -
• Operations – overseeing daily operation including but not limited to, facility function, guest relations, staff management and welfare, financial reporting, stock control and standard operating procedures
• Standards – maintaining both service and facility standards throughout the operation
• Training – identifying and managing training needs, PDP’s and growth of Spa team to develop and maintain a highly motivated team. Managing and delivering induction programmes for new starters
• Financial - monitor spa performance through reviewing and reporting on KPI’s and directing initiatives to drive sales.
• Marketing – supporting the Marketing initiatives, PR activity and events to drive success of the Spa
• Wellness – liaising with external visiting practitioners and the ESPALife wellness team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills should include –
• Previous experience within a management role in a luxury five-star spa environment
• Ability to understand and analyse financial performance
• Previous experience in developing marketing strategy
• Understanding and experience of the operational requirements of a 5-star Spa & Wellness environment
