Engage in the end-to-end process of building impactful CRM campaigns. Compile data audiences to support the team's Test and Learn approach. Keep up to date with the latest email marketing and industry trends, making suggestions and contributing to innovation. Work with internal teams to ensure the CRM calendar and email campaigns always meets customer and commercial needs. Work across functions to gather the required elements for each activity, ensuring you maintain excellent working relationships. Collate weekly and monthly reports to aid decision making.
