What you'll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for managing digital and brand marketing for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. As the brand guardian for the properties you will need to oversee all touchpoints to ensure adherence to guidelines and brand templates.
Manage all collateral for all three hotels and the promotion of the hotels externally which will include:
* Provide guidance advice to internal colleagues and external third parties on how to apply the design & identity guidelines including imagery, copy and tone of voice.
* Ensure that online, digital and printed literature and websites are up to date and aligned to brand guidelines
* Manage and develop internal & external marketing & Advertising initiatives
* Manage collaboration & communication with colleagues & suppliers
* Manage and liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery targets are met in a timely fashion
* Manage the work flow and ensure that deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
* Manage appointed freelance designers on existing collateral or new projects
* Work with Sales and other hotel colleagues to ensure consistent & positive external promotion of The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane
* Responsible for maximising digital performance and ROI for Dorchester Collections three UK properties
* Work closely with Dorchester Collections corporate digital team to guide the UK hotels paid and organic search strategies and ensure they are consistent and aligned across marketing communications channels
* Work closely with Dorchester Collections corporate digital team to drive the paid social strategy, inclusive of budget management
* Drive and manage CRM campaign calendar with Dorchester Collection.
* Analyse and compile reports against key metrics, with the purpose of identifying opportunities for future improvement and driving efficiencies within specific channels.
* Work closely with on property revenue team to ensure digital marketing strategies are consistent and in line with analytics relating to guest behaviour and booking patterns.
* Effectively manage and develop the team members
