An opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term contract (maternity cover, 9-12 months) or a secondment opportunity working across the Kent and Medway Provider Collaborative and based in the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, working as a Programme Administrator.
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with strong Personal Assistant experience and teamwork skills. You will demonstrate the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to support the Programme Director and team in keeping this important work on track.

The role is busy and varied, working closely with the Programme Director and team to ensure delivery. Key responsibilities include complex diary management, an ability to keep track of deadlines, preparation of presentations, leading on key aspects of team working and ensuring that meetings are well prepared, providing administrative support throughout.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and excellent organisational skills, demonstrate good time management, a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office packages and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required and the post holder will have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels across the system and work effectively as part of a team.
You will be a confident, innovative and motivated individual, able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload as well as supporting the wider team.
