The Role
As a social media manager your objective is to turn strategy into reality for our clients by managing their social media output across channels. This will involve managing organic content plans, liaising with our creative team to develop industry-leading ideas, copywriting, creating reactive content and developing lo-fi content.

Responsibilities
1. Driving social media output for clients in line with their commercial objectives.
2. Working on content ideation and platform strategy to ensure we are producing industry-leading social content.
3. Lo-fi and reactive content creation, such as creating memes, jumping on trends and developing TikTok videos.
4. Writing on-brand social copy that resonates with target audiences.
5. Liaising with creatives to develop content ideas.
6. Scheduling content to be published across platforms.
7. Communicate daily with clients and account managers to meet briefs and deadlines.
8. Community management - responding to replies and comments on social channels in the brand voice of our clients.
9. Analysing data, identifying trends, creating monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements
1. Very clear communicator.
2. You are social-media literate and can "speak the internet", with a strong understanding of social media trends, in-jokes and language.
3. Impeccable grammar and attention to detail - ability to proof your own work.
4. Interested and curious about brands, social media and the digital world.
5. At least one year social media management experience preferred.
6. A growth mindset.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
