Role: Customer Service Advisor - 6 Month FTC
Location: Shoreditch (3 times a week in the office)
Salary: £60K(Pro-rata)
About the Role
I am looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for proactively addressing customer concerns, providing support, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume inbound queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Provide technical troubleshooting and aim for one-call resolution.
* Liaise with operations teams to address service delivery issues.
* Resolve billing queries and ensure accurate communication.
* Focus on customer retention and loyalty.
* Build trust and relationships with customers.
* Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs.
