I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are now looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in the Wellingborough area.
Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:
1. You will be responsible for the meet and greet of customers, bookings, courtesy car diary control, and customer updates.
2. Liaising with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
3. As the first point of contact for customers, the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
As a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will:
1. Must have worked or currently be working within a similar role within an accident repair centre or within the Motor Trade.
2. These tasks require excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus.
3. You must have similar experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
