Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our client's dynamic sales team!
Location: Lewes
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid working after 6 months)
Salary: Up to £26K DOE
Our client, a leading company in their industry, is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support their sales department in achieving business goals and maintaining excellent customer relationships. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Compiling and analysing sales data, generating reports and providing timely insights to the sales team
2. Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals and helping identify new customer opportunities
3. Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients
4. Managing sales and customer databases, updating records and ensuring data accuracy
5. Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events including travel arrangements and logistics
6. Working alongside the Purchasing team to manage stock availability
7. Identifying any improvements that could be made to the administrative processes
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team
Experience:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales coordination
2. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
3. Previous experience in a sales environment will be an advantage
