A prestigious London-based international bank is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join their team in their offices in Canary Wharf. You will be assisting with administrative and technical support tasks as part of a dynamic and friendly team. This is a temporary position with an immediate start for an expected duration of 12 months, with the potential of becoming permanent afterwards.
It is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative experience within the financial services industry to work for a multinational, professional and renowned bank.\n\nYour responsibilities will include, among others:\n\nProcessing direct debits, cheques and invoices.\nProviding support for current accounts and producing accurate statements.\nOrganising, filing and archiving original documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.\nAssisting with travel and corporate cards expenses.About you:\n\nIn order to succeed, the right applicant will have prior administrative experience within the finance and banking industry, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and familiarity with processing invoices and payments, as well as with customer support operations. Spanish language fluency is valuable but not required for this position.
