Negotiator and Viewing Representative
An exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman’s thriving Bramhall Office
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT / administration skills.
Hours: Weekend and ad-hoc hours to be agreed on a mutual basis
Key Activities Include:
* Arranging & Attending viewings
* Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
* Regular client contact
* Applicant management
* New business generation & building local brand profile
* Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
* Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate Profile:
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
* Team player but able to work independently
* Calm under pressure
* Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
* Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
* Knowledge of the local area
* Driving Licence
