The role of Administrator is a varied position which is responsible for ensuring that customers and external parties are dealt with in a timely manner. You will liaise with customers in a professional and empathetic way and build long-term relationships. You will be tasked with driving business efficiencies and be confident in suggesting areas for improvement. You will update records accurately and ensure smooth administrative processes are carried out. The right person for this role will be a professional Administrator with an interest in finance. The successful candidate will have demonstrable Excel skills and be familiar with FCA guidelines. The package for this role contains an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour on a temporary basis, with longer-term potential for a permanent role.
