As a People Change Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our business, working under the guidance of the Head of People Change. You’ll ensure that people related impacts are understood, addressed, and managed effectively throughout the Blended Experience Programme (BEP), an exciting, global transformational change programme that will unlock a more sophisticated, consistent, ‘blended experience’ for customers in how they access and navigate our products and services across both digital platforms and in-store. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Change Managers and HRBP leads in various functions and regions to guide, support, shape and implement comprehensive people plans.
In this role, you’ll conduct detailed assessments of the BEP change impacts on people, with a particular focus on organisational effectiveness, roles and responsibilities, behaviours, and culture, identifying potential risks and opportunities in the process. You’ll provide guidance and support to HRBPs to develop people plans in alignment with the BEP’s stages and known impacts, ensuring they are practical and actionable within their areas.
Your expertise will be invaluable as you provide advice, coaching, and support to programme and workstream members, as well as the HRBP community, with a focus on enhancing people-related outcomes. You’ll report progress, issues, and risks to the Head of People Change, ensuring timely resolution of challenges as part of the governance model.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience in managing and implementing large-scale people change initiatives, particularly in transformational settings. You’ll have a strong ability to develop and execute people impact plans that align with business outcomes. Your excellent skills in engaging, influencing and managing diverse stakeholders across different functions and regions will be crucial. You’ll also need strong problem-solving abilities, an in-depth knowledge of change methodology and implementation, along with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
Please note the closing date for this role is Tuesday 8th October 24. If you’re interested in this role, please don’t delay in getting your application in, as we may close the vacancy early should we receive a high volume of quality applications.
