We are a training Practice supporting GP Registrars, 4th year Medical Students and Pre Reg Pharmacists. We are accepting new ways of working to address clinical and workforce issues facing Primary Care. Our CQC rating is good. Main duties of the job The GP will undertake a variety of duties governed by the GMS contract and objectives of enhanced services including: In person consultations Telephone consultations Visiting patients at home and in care homes Checking and signing prescriptions Covering duty clinic on a shared rotation Dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence as required Clinical administration About us We are a large practice located in Warrington serving a population of around 12523 patients. The practice has a friendly, supportive team who work closely. This consists of 6 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 advanced nurse practitioners, 4 practice nurses, 2 pharmacy technicians, 2 healthcare assistants, 3 Managers and a team of 13 Administrators. We are part of an active PCN and have good working relationships while sharing good practice with one another.
