Job summary This is an exciting role providing project support to Aneurin Bevan Health Board's implementation of the All-Wales Dementia Care Pathway Standards wide-ranging projects across the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division. This is a new and exciting project support role and the role will enable the post holder to gain a holistic understanding across all directorates by providing both project and tactical 'hands-on' support to Divisional and Directorate teams to ensure the delivery of service redesign, strategic change, Quality Improvement and project implementation in line with the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities division's transformation programme. Main duties of the job To provide project support and co-ordination of expertise to ensure development and implementation of the Dementia Connector/Advisor Roles across five local authority areas in accordance with Standard 12 of the All-Wales Dementia Care Pathway Standards, to record project data and statistics to facilitate accurate reporting to Welsh Government in accordance with the terms of the funding awarded via the Regional Integration Fund (RIF). The Project Support Officer will help gather evidence and intelligence to identify service developments and service transformation plans. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
