We are looking for a Solutions & Services Executive - Channel, for distribution partners for all things Solutions and Services group (SSG), entrusted with nurturing and owning the SSG relationship with distributors and sellers collaborating with the Lenovo Business Manager and relevant teams to bring the very best of SSGs offering. Building strong distributor relationships, coordinating training and events, and developing strategies for Lenovo SSG within distribution accounts. They will be able to understand distributor/partner/seller needs and connect them with our specialists for complex deals that will be key to our continued success. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Sales Expertise - Partner across multiple organizations including, but not limited to, sales; finance; service delivery; customers and business partners and lead all elements of the services sales cycle - Define framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting by effectively and consistently use reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics - Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals Distribution Partner Engagement - Collaborating with distribution accounts managers to create initiatives to drive attached services, renewals and professional services - Deep understanding of distributor business models, goals and objectives - Building and fostering relationships with distributors, partners and sellers, participation in customer and/or partner calls - Coordinating training, events, campaigns, on Services offerings and portfolio - Developing & implementing strategy to drive Lenovo services at individual distributors with Distribution accounts managers/Partner Manager - Tracking and maintaining sales pipeline and opportunities by the distributor to incorporate services - Developing and implementing strategies to drive distributor and Lenovo services revenue and profitability Job Requirements: - Display deep understanding of entire Solutions and Services group portfolio - Ability to understand customers business and IT challenges and position the appropriate Lenovo solutions - Ability to discuss complex solutions, software, Device as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Full professional fluency in English What We Will Offer You: - The opportunity to be an entrepreneur and join a growing business within one of the most forward thinking IT companies - Flat structures and fast decision-making processes - A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home - An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity - Attractive compensation package We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
