We are looking for an experience Analyst to join our Data and BI team, to take ownership of all the data we provide to funders. The Funder Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of reports for funders, enabling effective monitoring and management of Key Group's lending portfolio. This position will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Funder Reporting Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reports to funders, adhering to agreed timelines and formats. Maintain detailed knowledge of funder requirements, updating processes as needed to align with changes. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or queries raised by funders. Data Analysis and Reconciliation Perform data analysis and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the data. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, and Risk) to collect and validate data. Act as a key point of contact for funders regarding reporting queries and requirements. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes. Support the development of reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data visualization and accessibility. Key Skills and Experience Essential: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in financial or operational reporting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and macros). High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred: Experience in the financial services or lending sector, preferably within later-life lending or a similar field. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to funder reporting.
