About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join a specialist educational setting dedicated to supporting children and young people with additional needs. This role is open to teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from any background who are passionate about making a difference and eager to work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach small groups of pupils, supported by a team of teaching assistants
- Deliver a tailored curriculum that meets individual learning needs
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with therapists, pastoral teams, and families to ensure holistic support for pupils
- Contribute to a dynamic, inclusive, and caring school community
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A willingness to work within an SEN setting
- A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
- Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential-training and support will be provided
