Hours: 37 hours per week. Term Time Only (38 weeks) Monday to Thursday: 08.00am to 4.00pm, Friday: 08.00am to 3.30pm

We are looking to recruit a professional, enthusiastic, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our busy Admin team. The primary responsibility will be for the Main School Reception; however, Administration also forms a large part of the role. Duties will include meeting and greeting internal and external visitors, staff and parents/carers. The post holder will be the first point of contact for all visitors and as such should present himself or herself in an efficient and polished manner.
The post holder will be expected to assist with the administration of trips, the booking of transport for PE fixtures, organising internal and external post, issuing of letters to parents, production of mail merges and management of the meeting room system.
Applicants should have a positive and proactive outlook and the initiative and flexibility to work in a busy school environment. Experience of the Arbor package would be beneficial; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Our school is making rapid progress since its inspection in November 2022. A recent review by the Local Authority commented on the ‘sea change’ noted in students’ behaviour and the culture and ethos of the school. Our 2023 outcomes were the best set of Key Stage 4 results achieved by Year 11 students since 2016. Our Year 7 intake continues to be oversubscribed, with a waiting list.
