SEN Teaching Assistant – Tameside Join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant and make a meaningful difference in students' lives Location: Tameside Start Date: January 2024 Pay: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience) What You'll Do: Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Collaborate with teachers and SEN Coordinators to adapt resources and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Promote independence and confidence in students with Autism, ADHD, or other additional needs. Support inclusive practices in the classroom to ensure every student thrives. Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience with SEN students is preferred but not required. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
