We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join our booking team based in Aberdeen.
This customer focused role will be responsible for effectively managing all course enquiries, providing guidance and information on our portfolio of courses, and processing booking and payments of training courses.
Candidates must have a previous customer service background, managing telephone calls and emails, be a strong communicator with strengths in prioritising and planning their own workload, as well as significant experience of inputting and processing data accurately.
Previous experience within a training environment is desired by not essential.
