The Role Leading the school’s SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to reach their full potential Managing and overseeing EHCPs, interventions, and support strategies for children with additional needs Working closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to create an inclusive learning environment Providing staff training and development on SEND best practices Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and policies, promoting a high standard of inclusive education What We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the NASENCO qualification (essential) Proven experience working as a SENCO in a primary setting Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and intervention strategies Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A commitment to fostering inclusive and high-quality education for all pupils Why Join This School?
