Title: Administrator Job Type: Permanent - Part Time (22hours per week) Salary: £25,000 per annum - pro rata SCOTMECH ADMINISTRATION/SERVICE SUPPORT Responsibilities - On request create and send service quotations for customers, follow up on quotations at later date. - Enter service order onto SAGE. - Update Schedule IT with engineers service information. - Update customers on changes to service dates and make special arrangements when necessary. - On completion of engineer's service paperwork, close down sales order and process paperwork, providing further quotations if necessary. - Creating and combining of the remedial and works reports. - Prepare and send monthly service reminder letters/emails. - Reply to daily web site enquiries. - Stock and remedial product ordering - Process capital orders, liaising with factory and customer Skills - Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. - Excellent Word and Excel skills - Well organised and good time management.
