Responsibilities
Main duties:
1. Collect, record and communicate information in order to ensure a smooth run of activities.
2. Ensure teams start their shift timeously and arrange cover if needed.
3. Ensure company policies are maintained and followed by staff.
4. Ensure staff are maintaining a high level of customer service.
5. Respond to enquiries from staff and internal departments.
6. Monitor and log operations in the control centre as well as identify issues and escalate to the necessary departments.
7. Comply with all safety documentation as needed for the role.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential.
2. Previous experience in railway/control centre beneficial but not essential.
3. Ability to work under pressure as well as in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and able to lead by example.
5. Good IT skills.
6. Valid driver's licence and passport essential.
Salary: £36,000 per annum plus benefits.
