Position Summary Why join our team? ETO Retail Team focus on offline side of the D2C business. Looking after Retail environment we focus on all projects related to this area. On regular basis we work with 19 EUR Subsidiaries. Our aim is to drive excellence with everything that we do and sharing reference cases to support wider European community. We work very close with our Suwon Office Retail Team as well as our ETO colleagues who manage Product categories and services. Collaboratively share ideas to improve customer value for Subsidiaries, ensuring successful Retail implementation to boost product Sell out. Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Be main point of contact for all GTM launch activities, ensuring HQ provide clear GTM guidelines and targets to Subsidiaries. Collect, reformat and analyse Retail Data helping to drive efficiency across the Retail Teams in Europe. Represent Retail at “Task Force” Projects with multiple collaborators across Europe Share feedback to HQ Teams about new projects or tools developed for the markets Work with the Retail team members & European CMI Team to deliver Shopper projects (Surveys, Mystery Shop) Evaluate Key projects successes using multiple data sources Prepare GPG Retail Reporting linked to JBP activities to drive sell out Update and analyse spreadsheets and databases with statistical data Collect and download metrics, and any other relevant data from various sources Liaise with Retail Group members in HQ regarding Retail data and Reference cases Prepare weekly reports for publish to EU Retail teams What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Proficient in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Proficient in Data analysis and storytelling of activities and tasks. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Fabulous interpersonal skills (verbal & written) especially in a highly matrixed organisation What does success look like?
