Our client is an established government organisation looking to recruit an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Executive and Management Team to provide expert advice on internal communications projects and campaigns.
This is a contract role lasting up to 12 months. The role is hybrid, requiring one day a week on-site at the Exeter head office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert internal communications advice and support to different teams.
* Work closely with directorate change partners to support delivery of key organisational change projects.
* Be an active part of the communications team supporting the daily operational running and duties of the team.
* Support a variety of internal communications channels.
* Act as a trusted advisor with senior leaders and managers on internal communications.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in internal communications or change communications.
* Experience working with internal clients and departments to develop campaigns.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Job Type: Contract, Hybrid Role – In the office one day a week.
