The Global Clearing team withinPaymentsis responsible for the day-to-day management, development, and delivery of Morgan’s US Dollars, Euros and Pounds wires proposition, as well as CLS and Clearinghouse Settlement services. Global Clearing is a line of JPMorgan’s business that moves over $3 trillion worth of wholesale payments every day. Similar to the retail payment industry familiar to consumers, the wholesale industry is at the peak of a technological evolution with a focus on digitalising payments, designing client-centric user interfaces, providing real-time analytics, and doing all this cheaper, faster and more secure than ever before.
As a Global Clearing Product Manager - Associate - Payments within the Global Clearing team, you will primarily focus on Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) Third Party services, Clearinghouse Settlement services (CHSS EMEA) and SwapAgent with additional responsibilities across other Payments products. You will oversee the entire product life-cycle, manage product profit and loss (P&L), develop strategies, and ensure robust risk management.

3. Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
4. Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
5. Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
6. Leads and participate in industry committees, forums, and working groups.
7. Manages new client and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
8. Identifies and mitigate product risks through proactive programs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
9. Experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
10. Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
11. Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
12. Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
13. Proven track record in risk identification and management
