We are working with a well-established and highly regarded brokerage seeking to recruit one, possibly two, Account Executives to manage and grow their client portfolios. The books of business are worth £300,000£350,000 in income, with one featuring a charity bias and a key client valued at £500,000. Clients typically generate £5,000£10,000 in income, with around 100 clients per book. Importantly, these books are secure and will not be under attack, as the current role holder is leaving the insurance industry. These are primarily servicing roles, focused on maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, while also identifying opportunities for organic growth within a diverse commercial portfolio.
Our client is offering a competitive package, with a salary of £50,000£60,000 (flexible depending on experience), plus a car allowance and a bonus scheme linked to income growth.
