We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our unique, friendly, and ever-evolving team, in an office-based capacity, working directly with our Business Development Director and Operations Director.

The successful applicant will ideally come from a personal assistant background, have experience in constructing reports and presentations, possess a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, a methodical approach, great energy for client communication, and the ability to work well in a team.
Role Purpose
The postholder’s role is to support our Business Development Director and Operations Director as their own roles continue to grow and expand across the country. With a wide range of organisational skills, you will be at the heart of the business. Working alongside Ryan and Sam, you will prove invaluable in helping support both them and the office with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
A brilliant multi-tasker, this job role is wide-ranging. From organising diaries, preparing reports and presentations, keeping notes, fielding enquiries and scheduling meetings to managing diaries and organising travel trips.
You will report directly to the Business Development Director and the Operations Director.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
5. Organise renewal of accreditations
6. Construct up-to-date organisational charts
7. Help produce reports, presentations, and briefs
8. Put together review packs
9. Devise and maintain office filing system
10. Take dictation and minutes
11. Make travel arrangements
Skills & Experience Required
1. Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
2. Strong Excel, data visualisation, and reporting skills
3. Good written and spoken English skills
4. A good grasp on numbers, accounts, and data
5. Ability to work under own initiative with keen attention to detail and accuracy
6. Professional, personable, and competent manner
7. Knowledge of organisational effectiveness
8. Willingness to learn and grow
9. Driven and positive individual
10. Ability to multitask and work at a faster pace
11. Experience as a Personal Assistant
