Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly. Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions. Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products and services. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Account Growth and Upselling: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value. Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives. Requirements: Previous B2B sales/business development experience required. GCSEs including Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
