As a Junior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting external research to identify new growth opportunities for the business. You will analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating reports and presentations to communicate findings to various levels of management. Over time, you will be encouraged to take initiative, propose new ideas, and drive their implementation, showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct external research to identify and evaluate growth opportunities for the business.
* Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders at various levels of management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align research findings with business strategies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
* Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management.
* Continuously explore new data sources and methodologies to enhance the quality of research and analysis.
The Candidate
* A highly motivated self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial acumen.
* Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and data analysis.
* Proficient in Power BI or Tableau for creating reports and visualisations.
* Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills.
* Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and performing well under pressure.
* Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree (required).

* Competitive, based on experience.
