Duties:
* To assist the Curriculum Director in the management and review of the curriculum in accordance with College Group policies.
* To undertake a teaching programme and all aspects of teaching and learning.
* To act as a Course Leader for designated courses.
* To participate in liaison activities associated with the programme area and those relating to the College provision.
* Develop and maintain professional competence in duties related to the role and in other duties performed on behalf of the Curriculum.
* Performance and people management.
Skills/Experience:
* Excellent knowledge of recent initiatives in curriculum development and design.
* Experience of leading teams.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within a busy environment.
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree and/or appropriate level professional qualifications.
* Level 5 Teaching qualification (or commitment to achieving this in the required timeframe).
* Level 3 qualification in the relevant area of expertise (or commitment to achieving this in the required timeframe).
