We are currently seeking to employ a Maintenance Technician to join our exceptional team, providing services at our clients corporate offices in Milton Keynes. You will maintain the premises to a high level by undertaking electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fabric duties, including general handyperson works. You will be required to be qualified to Electrical, 18th Edition and be experienced in permitting works. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for out of hours overtime work at an annual s alary of £35,000 plus call out allowance The successful applicant will be joining an innovative energetic team in a dynamic fast paced working environment with free onsite parking for all, a uniform to conduct your duties and a subsidized onsite cafe. Your responsibilities will include: Handyperson responsibilities, such as painting and decorating, filter inspections, minor repairs etc, in accordance with the PPM schedule and reactive requests Statutory testing duties as delegated and complete all works as per ACOPs and British Standards Managing technical delivery, sub-contractors and any other specialists attending the clients premises, to achieve the highest level of service to the buildings occupants in the most cost effective, technically competent and safe manner Liaising with Workplace Lead to take a risk-based approach to jobs and agree priorities Work with the Workplace Lead on asset verification and enhancement of the PPM delivered by trusted service partners Ensuring the correct RAMS are in place for the scope of work when issuing permits in accordance with NHBC and Anabas requirement.
