If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at a vibrant school in Swindon. About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment where children feel supported. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with children with SEN (in a school, care, or similar setting). A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach. Good communication and teamwork skills. A willingness to undertake relevant training and development. A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
