About the Role
As part of the Secretariat & Governance team, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to maintaining robust governance frameworks. The team is known for its supportive and inclusive culture, where knowledge-sharing and professional growth are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting governance processes, including preparation of agendas, meeting packs, and minute-taking.
2. Acting as secretary for committees and subsidiaries, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
3. Ensuring governance practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Assisting with key projects, such as AGMs and self-assessment processes.
5. Maintaining terms of reference and agenda planning for governing bodies.
