Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced CALL CENTRE Customer Service Agent.
This role will be a minimum of a 5 month placement in Sutton Council’s Customer Experience Contact Centre. The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:
Role Requirements:
1. Business administration and data processing of adult social requests.
2. Be part of a multi-skilled team delivering effective and consistent customer service over the phone, online, and in person.
3. Dealing with a variety of administrative and data entry processes.
4. Managing complex and sensitive emails in a professional and timely manner.
5. Flexible hybrid working including a minimum of 2 days in the Civic offices after training.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Excellent digital communication skills.
2. Extensive experience in a customer service environment.
3. Ability to deal with sensitive and complex inquiries.
4. Ability to be flexible and reactive to work pattern demands.
5. Experience and confidence in using CRM platforms and Google Mail.
6. Experience and knowledge in an adult social care admin setting is desirable.
