As part of our growth plans, we’re seeking an experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist that has a real passion for delivering excellence and ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
Job Responsibilities:
1. IT / Tech Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT / Tech roles within Flotek Group.
2. Partner with (and advise) Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions.
3. Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into each role.
4. Using market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates' decision making.
5. Work with the marketing team to help branding and in turn help attract the best local talent.
6. Utilise candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn, networks, database.
7. Screening of applicants, setting up interviews and supporting the recruitment process (start to finish).
Job Experience Required:
1. Proven IT Recruitment Experience Preferred: A successful track record in IT recruitment / talent acquisition.
2. Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
4. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements – giving each the urgency required.

Renumeration and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary of £30,000.
2. Commission package available with expected OTE of £35,000+.
3. Staff Share Equity Scheme.
4. 21 Days Holiday increasing to 25 with 3 years of service (+ bank holidays).
