Location: Leamington Spa Office-Based (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and highly organised Office Administrator to support our Finance and Contracts teams with a range of reception, administrative, and compliance duties. Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Management
Answer and direct telephone calls, taking messages when required.
Welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen essentials.
Manage the photocopier and liaise with maintenance for servicing.
Contracts & Health & Safety Administration
Assist with method statements, O&M manuals, and H&S documentation.
Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with training, insurance, and certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.).
Track and complete H&S assessments, including CHAS & Constructionline compliance.
