Included within salary are 2 weekday on calls per week (Monday to Thursday) and 1 weekend per calendar month (Friday to Sunday), any additional on call is paid at the prevailing rate. Leadership and Management: • Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment. • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care. • Conduct regular staff meetings and supervision sessions to support professional development and address any concerns. 3. Child-Centered Care: • Ensure that the children receive the highest standard of care, support, and protection. • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being. 4.
