From quoting and scheduling to purchasing and building strong client relationships, you’ll be at the core of the company’s success. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Lead Accounts: Act as the primary technical contact for your clients, managing contracts from start to finish while ensuring quality and profitability. Precision Quoting: Prepare detailed quotes for parts and assemblies, using your knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings to provide clear, professional proposals. Project Leadership: Drive new business projects, ensuring smooth execution with robust planning and documentation. Procurement & Supply Chain: Source materials that meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations, resolving supplier issues and optimizing efficiency. Efficient Scheduling: Use software tools to allocate work orders effectively and ensure timely delivery with regular updates to stakeholders. Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Process Improvement: Identify and implement measures to improve efficiency, save costs, and drive innovation. WHO YOU ARE: We’re looking for someone with a passion for engineering and manufacturing, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects and accounts: Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical engineering background with expertise in GD&T, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Qualified & Skilled: Apprenticeship-trained or possessing a similar technical qualification is essential. Exceptional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Results-Driven: Solution-oriented and adaptable, with a focus on delivering excellence.
