Within Mortgage Operations we support customers to borrow well, ensuring customers have a positive and smooth journey from start to finish throughout the life cycle of their mortgage. How you’ll make a difference The Customer Services Consultant is responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative and telephony customer service activities, ensuring that the work is completed in line with all specified TSB behaviours, strategy, processes, procedure, standards, and relevant external regulations. They will demonstrate flexibility to support either Mortgage Applications or Mortgage Servicing in both telephony and administration and agility to transfer skills and knowledge where the business need is. You will make a difference in your role by servicing customer accounts each day, processing mortgage applications to offer and provide an excellent telephony experience for our customers. What you’ll bring •Customer excellence – to be the proud face of TSB, handling customer interactions in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service aligning to the TSB experience. •Self-Motivation – has a positive 'can-do’ attitude and proactively maintains process and policy knowledge. •Problem solving - provides high quality guidance on a range of tasks, using own judgement and interpretation as required whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of decisions. Utilising the resource and tools available to guide and support through the day-to-day role. •Role model behaviours - role model the TSB behaviours in all aspects of the role.
