Company description At Business Show Media, we have been organising trade exhibitions for over 20 years and run some of the World's largest business events that support small business owners, entrepreneurs and start-ups that want to grow and expand and go global and enter new international markets. We have recently launched shows in Las Vegas, Miami, Singapore & Sydney. Given our recent growth and acquisition of the White Label Series of events, we are looking to hire an internal recruiter who can help build and develop teams across our UK, Sydney and Singapore offices. What’s the opportunity? You will help in the development of hiring strategies across our international offices as well as being responsible for delivering the interviews and hiring processes for each role before passing across to departmental hiring managers. We’re looking for a confident, ambitious individual who has experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or similar people facing roles. Main Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates via job listings, head hunting, networking and events. Handling the initial stages of interviews to vet candidates before passing across to hiring managers. Contributing ideas towards developing the global hiring strategy for the company. Onboarding new starters and assisting with their initial induction period.
