Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.00pm (30 mins for lunch)

Our well-established client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small Customer Services Team.
If you have experience dealing with inbound calls and have a wonderful telephone manner, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Strong communication skills.
* Competent with Microsoft Packages.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.
* Previous experience dealing with inbound calls and working in customer service.
* Excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
* Answering inbound customer calls.
* Provide customers with information on the company’s products and services.
* Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the system.
* Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
