Product Manager - Product Lead - Ecommerce - Mobile - Hybrid - Paying up too £85k - Immediate Starters
You're responsible for making it easy for customers to find and understand products on the company's website and app. This includes improving search, filters, AI-powered recommendations, and product descriptions to help customers make better buying decisions.
What Will You Do?
* Create a strategy for how customers discover products online.
* Work with teams like tech, marketing, and design to improve the digital shopping experience.
* Improve search and filtering tools so customers find the right products faster.
* Use AI and automation to enhance product recommendations.
* Test new ideas (A/B testing) and make data-driven improvements.
* Work with developers to ensure smooth product launches.
What Skills Do You Need?
* Experience in eCommerce product management (3+ years).
* Knowledge of search tools, AI recommendations, and digital merchandising (like Shopify, Algolia).
* Experience with mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
* Ability to work with engineers and business teams to bring ideas to life.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
