Job Summary:
Schwank Ltd are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. Ideally, we are after experience working in a similar role in the heating industry. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating requests within the service department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our clients. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Experience & Responsibilities:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
3. Good communicator with the ability to speak with engineers and customers fluently.
4. Organised with the ability to prioritise duties with a good attitude and ability to stay motivated and productive.
5. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
6. Receive and process service requests from clients.
7. Experience coordinating a field-based team of engineers.
8. Plan engineers' workloads, ensuring maximum efficiencies are maintained through communication & support.
9. Ensuring job timescales and status updates are satisfactory.
10. Customer and supplier liaison, general queries & quotations.
11. Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
12. Keeping engineers' training and vehicles up to date.
13. Check & monitor job sheets & timesheets bringing any variances to the attention of the service manager.
14. Log and provide key information to enable accurate and meaningful KPI’s to be produced on various customer portals.
15. To comply with Health and Safety responsibilities within this role, producing risk assessments and method statements.
16. To assist with the development and implementation of company procedures and policies.
17. Any such other or alternative duties may be allocated in light of the experience of the candidate.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
