My Client are currently seeking a Care Supervisor to work alternating weekends on a part time basis. The office is based in Chertsey and candidates must have a valid UK Driving Licence.

Job Purpose
The Weekend Supervisor role is to support the Weekend Duty Manager to ensure that there is continuity of all services throughout the weekend and that during these hours, clients receive continuity of high-quality care by following our policies, values and ethos.
Hours:
Every other weekend, Friday 4pm to Monday at 9.00am:
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the On Call Duty Manager and Scheduler in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients
* Ensure that all scheduled client visits are completed
* Ensure that every weekend telephone call is dealt with professionally
* As required support with CAREGiver introductions, support visits and 1 to 1
* When not in care calls, to assist with the general running of the office
* As time permits, occasionally assist with leaflet drops, fairs and events
* Comply with all Policies and Procedures.
Tasks
To work every other weekend as part of the Weekend Supervisor Team. The Duty Manager & Schedulers will direct your workload:

1. Covering client visits if neither the scheduled CAREGiver nor a matched member of the client’s team is available.
2. Conduct client / CAREGiver introductions as required
3. Provide Shadowing opportunities for CAREGivers
4. Signing off CAREGivers as competent
Enquiries
* Receive job enquiries from potential CAREGivers
* Receive care enquiries from potential clients
General
* Have a full understanding of the Policies & Procedure manual.
Record Keeping
* Maintain and review all records required by good practice and regulation for the effective running of the service and the business.
* Record all conversations with relevant others, including time and date.
* Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the People Planner database
Confidentiality & Data protection
* Ensure that you follow all policies & procedures to maintain confidentiality.
* Work within the guidance on data protection from Care Quality Commission.
Personal Development
* Undertake any training that is deemed necessary or mandatory by the company; take part in your own supervision, appraisal, KPI meetings and professional development. Maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence.
