We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HR Payroll Officer to undertake a range of administrative duties to support the HR Team to deliver a consistent, high quality, integrated and seamless service.
This is a full time role and you will be expected to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Your role will include:
1. Managing employee records and HR with Payroll databases
2. Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and processing applications
3. Provide administrative support to the HR Department
4. Coordinating onboarding processes for new staff members
5. Administering payroll and benefits programmes
6. Handling HR-related inquiries and providing support to staff
7. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and school policies
8. Maintain and track all recruitment data and produce regular analysis and reports on performance
Who we're looking for:
9. Experience in a similar role or within an educational setting
10. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
11. Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to complete a new DBS
12. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. High level of discretion and confidentiality
16. Proficiency in HR,Payroll software and Microsoft Office
17. Relevant professional experience with 2 recent professional references
