Roadmap & Engagement Analyst (FTC 12 Months)
The role holder will work within a cross-functional (internal and external) team that will plan, monitor and control the roadmap of demand across the delivery portfolio providing a holistic view of the portfolio and the ability to deliver the business needs and demands.
They will support a consistent approach to capacity planning, identifying, analysing and addressing gaps between demand and supply.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
1. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
2. Proven experience in capacity planning, project management, or a similar role.
3. Demand Management experience including managing the flow of demand into a delivery team.
4. Previous Roadmap Planning experience aligning a roadmap with business objectives.
5. Able to identify and implement process improvements ensuring adherence to governance standards and best practices.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address gaps between demand and capacity.
