We are seeking to appoint an Education Services Officer. The successful candidate will work flexibly across a range of tasks within the teams and will have responsibility for defined areas of work.
The successful candidate will help to plan, coordinate and deliver a rolling and varied programme of annual student events, in close liaison with the wider Education Services office. Key events will include the University Graduation Ceremonies and the University Welcome activities.
The successful candidate will also work closely with colleagues to manage the awards and conferment element of the team. This will involve processing student results and producing certificates and transcripts to students as evidence of their award.
About You:
You will have a keen attention to detail and an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude. The role involves developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal and external partners, so you will have excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
We are looking for someone who will have the confidence to take particular responsibility for defined areas of work within the Enrolment and Events team but will also work flexibly to achieve team objectives by assisting others and working collaboratively to complete tasks and projects. Strong administrative skills would be beneficial for this role.
